## **Pizza & Pottery Night: Booking Policy** **Event Cost: ** *Includes: Studio fee, pizza (shared between two), and a pottery piece up to the value of £20.* ### **1. Payment & Confirmation** * **Upfront Payment:** Full payment of is required at the time of booking to secure your table. * **Pottery Selection:** Your ticket covers any item up to **£20**. If you select a more expensive piece on the night, the difference can be paid via card or cash before you leave. ### **2. Catering & External Supplier** * **Sharing:** Pizzas are ordered from our local external partner and are intended to be **shared between two guests**. * **Fixed Menu:** We offer a set selection of traditional pizzas. Please be aware that our supplier is **currently unable to accommodate dietary requirements**, including gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free options. * **Allergies:** As food is prepared off-site by a third party, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. ### **3. Cancellations & No-Shows** * **Non-Refundable:** As we must commit to food orders with our supplier in advance, all bookings are **non-refundable**. * **Rescheduling:** With at least **72 hours' notice**, we can attempt to move your booking to a future event date, subject to availability. * **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in the loss of the full payment. ### **4. Collection of Pottery** * Your "Battle-born" masterpieces will be glazed and fired in our kiln. They will be ready for collection from the studio **7 to 10 days** after the event.
